Founded by Susan C. Brame, MSN, FNP, who has been in the Primary and Family Medical Care Field for 21 Years, Old Towne Medical is a primary care provider whose employees work and live in the community they serve.

We currently see all patients at least 15 years of age and older for both acute and chronic care conditions.
